Policy

  • No refunds
  • An exchange is accepted within 24 hours
  • If you wish to secure an item/s a downpayment must be made
  • Items in which you need to exchange must be in its original condition
  • Items that are cleared must be collected and paid for within 3 to 5 working days
  • If items are not paid for within the given time, customers will be entitled to pay a 3 percent interest rate daily until items are paid for
  • When delivery is being made, if a customer is not available to collect their package at stated address, customer would have to wait until the driver will be in that area again to receive their package
  • Once orders have been placed, it cannot be canceled and cash refund cannot be made
  • Shein and Chic Me orders require 75 percent downpayment or 100 percent
  • Amazon along with any other websites require 100 percent payment
  • Payments must be made before an order can be placed
